Yes, we’ll flag any obvious issues, but ultimate responsibility for accuracy and quality rests with you.

Yes, minimum order quantities vary depending on the type of transfer you choose:
For Plastisol and Hot Split transfers, there’s a setup process involved, so we require a minimum of 10 sheets for single-colour designs, and 30 sheets for two or more colours.
For Digital Print & Cut and Dye Sublimation transfers, setup is much quicker, so the minimum is around one metre in length of the transfer media.
For DST transfers, the minimum order is 25 sheets.
Waterslide transfers can be either digitally printed or screen printed — the minimum depends on the method used, so just get in touch and we’ll advise.

We dispatch by next‑day courier and email tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves. Saturday delivery is available on request.
Yes, but they’re sent at your risk. If a print error occurs we’re liable only for the print cost, not the garment’s value.
If we haven’t started, we’ll charge only for work and materials already incurred. Once production is complete, cancellation isn’t possible—even if the job hasn’t shipped yet.
Request an RMA within 30 days of receipt, return the goods for inspection, and we’ll repair, replace or refund – your choice. Claims made after 30 days, or without an RMA, can’t be accepted.
